I love both my xbox and my laptop. They’re both pretty powerful. It would really depend on what I was playing. Tactics games are best on the pc, as are ones with large modding communities. Xbox is my choice for action titles.
I think Skyrim gets it all right. Like the gameplay is perfect. Endless options, endless replayability. Huge world. There’s less emotional investment than others in this liist, but the gameplay mechanics are flawless.

Day 8 - Favourite Game Soundtrack
The soundtrack from Red Dead Redemption is the best. It just evokes the isolation of the west so well. It introduced me to loads of artists, indirectly through the covers.
I went to London yesterday and saw Sweeney Todd with Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton. They were unrecognisable. I normally don’t like Michael Ball, but he was so good in this. And the set was updated to a 50s Northern factory. Easily one of the best productions I’ve seen.
(This is the song from the film, not the show because it wouldn’t.)

Day 7 - Favourite Game Couple
Probably Shepard and whoever they ended up with. I think Bioware wrote these so well. Obviously Liara was the one you were meant to bang. And my male Shepard did. The Liara one was one that lasted through all 3 games, and the bit in three where she asks Shepard how he should be remembered for eternity just in case the Reapers win and civilization is destroyed, is so sweet and emotional. I teared up. You get this scene even if they’re not together, but it has extra poignancy if they are.
Roman from GTA IV. He was a bum. He always got Niko into trouble and fucked everything up. And he was a liar. But most of all the way he spoke just bugged me. Especially when you were on missions with him in the car. GRRRRR.

I’d like to be like Ezio Auditore. Total hero, master assassin etc. He lived in the renaissance and knew da Vinci. I’m sold. I love the whole Assassin’s Creed Series doe.

Some people rock it well, be it a beard or sexy stubble.
But so many people look like utter twats that it just isn’t worth it.
…but I don’t care.

Sorry Nick Hyde, I had forgotten your name. The Mumford and Sons record is quite good.
Sims 3. Without a doubt. I have like all the major expansion packs etc etc. There’s just something about controlling these people and living out your life through them. Its addictive. I have it on Steam, so it tells you how many hours you’ve played. I’d never admit to what that total is.

The Mumford and Sons album. Its growing on me. Just don’t tell my ex-boyfriend.
Don’t want to prove him right.
Dayum.
